Stripe 3d Secure Webhook Not Working

I'm having an issue with Stripe 3D secure. I have been using this option for a long time with no issues, until last week when the carts stopped converting to orders even though Stripe had taken the payment. I had to fulfil orders based on the cart contents after manually converting the cart to an order, which is far from ideal.

I've swapped back to the 'old' stripe method and it's working as expected (although the order number doesn't transfer into the Description box in Stripe)

3d secure payments, Stripe shows that they are 'Pending Webhook Response'.

Do you know what would be causing this and is there a solution please?

Sounds like something was added / changed on the hosting that is blocking the webhooks. Check any error logs for anything related. You may want to check with your host if a firewall was added or something like that.
