Page Design Has Disappeared For One Page Only

I just updated everything and the page designer button has disappeared for my wedding page. (A top-level page). I can edit all my other pages using page design. The blue page design button on the lower right-hand side of page is not visible on my wedding page.

Since I had the credentials from last time I looked into it and for some reason only that page was losing the PHP session information so it wasn't giving the option to edit the page. I have no idea why, never seen that before.
I had to delete it and recreate it and now it is working.
