Product Report

I am using my site to collect Sports Photography preorders. I would like to run a report that has all of my orders in a csv file. Typically, I would run the report then manually enter the packages and add-on products into my lab software in which I have my package setup for easy processing.

I just ran a report to see what it looks like and it combines all of the Products in the Collections with the add-on Products. The Collection name is only displayed if the customer ONLY purchased the collection and no add-ons. If the customer chose a Collection (package) and add-on products, the report displays each product from the collection and add-ons in the Product column.

If I click "Do not group products by photos" the report creates a separate line for every single product which would make the report huge.

Is there any way to keep the Collections (Packages) and add-on Products separate when printing a sales report?

Go to Orders -> Product/Order Export Settings and change the "Select how products are exported:" option to " A column for each photo product and the quantity value in the row (the new way)" and see if you like that export better.

When you are exporting collections, it exports the actual products IN the collection, not the collection itself.

So there is no way to display the collection and the products? I've attached a screen shot of the report. Each of these orders contain collections because that is required to make a purchase, but the report combines every product together and doesn't display the package at all.

So I am thinking that I will have to remove all Collections and re-create them as Products to see the results I am looking for.

If you are wanting to export say "SKUA"  and that is for 2 5x7s and 4: 4x6's then that would be a better way to do it (If they are not coming back to select photos for their products ...  a setting in the price list).

I tried adding SKUs and the export does not pick them up. It added the PRODUCTS section on the left and it just has numbers for each item.

On that export if you added the SKUs to the products AFTER they were purchased they aren't going to export because the SKUs are saved in the cart with the purchase.

I let more orders come in after adding SKUs and the column is still empty.
Is this the correct setting for the SKU to show? I tried changing [PRODUCT] to [SKU] but that didn't do anything except make each number in the PRODUCTS column have the word SKU after

[SKU] needs to be [PRODUCTS] in the settings.

When you are exporting collections, it exports the actual products IN the collection, not the collection itself.

None of your products have SKU assigned which is the "Reference Name / ID" field when editing individual products in Photo Products -> Product Base. THAT is the sku that gets exported.

Like I wrote above , If you are wanting to export say "SKUA"  and that is for 2 5x7s and 4: 4x6's then you might want to make them a product in Photo Products -> Product Base instead of a collection.

The collection will EXPORT THE PRODUCTS IN THE COLLLECTION, NOT THE COLLECTION ITSELF.
