The ability to easily retry all failed uploads without having to start again and to have ignore duplicates ticked as default
Secondly - the ability to re-order galleries by drag and drop (this would be huge)

Feature requests not in the feature request thread will be ignored.
But you can drag and drop the order of galleries when you set it to manually arrange the order: Changing the Display Order of Galleries or Pages
