Options- With Fee’s Not Adding Into Invoice

This is a huge issue.  I have options, like Beach fees ($75.) and senior signs (30.) that are not being added into the invoices.  

Please tell me what i am doing wrong?

Are the options set to "mandatory" if not perhaps they are not selecting it. and how is the booking set up with the options, dropdown or check box?

I can't duplicate any issue with that. Email me a link to the booking service where I can replicate the issue.
