Can You Block Some Images From Being Ordered As Digital Images?

I shoot mostly school sports and dance teams. I sell digital images of the individuals but not of the group or team pictures. I have it plastered all over my website but there are always parents who order them anyways. Is there a way to block some images from being ordered as a digital image without having to create a different gallery with a different price list?

You will have to assign a different price list to each one that you do not want downloaded. you DO NOT have to create a new gallery. Go to the gallery and select each image, scroll down and to the right you will see price list,, select your price list. Just duplicate the price list with downloads, then delete downloads on the new price list.

Hi Cyndi, we have to do this custom pricing alot. The way we do it is to append a txt marker to the end of the filename for example ^tm for team or ^grp for group. Then use the search feature to pull those images out of the pack and shift select a row at a time to apply the different pricing. Shift selecting the first and last image doesn't often work. The selecting process is a bit un predictable so make sure you get every image. The selct all button doesn't work on just the search results. Scaling your view in the web browser and making the window bigger can help make this faster.
