Hi, We have a ghost folder listed on the upload photos pop up window in the FTP section to process. From memory it has been haunting us ever since a browser crashed whilst processing images to Sytist ages ago. There is nothing in the sy-upload directory to delete to make it go away.
No biggie but would be cool to get rid of somehow without crossing the streams.

It is a hidden folder, or dot file. You need to set your file manager or FTP program to display hidden or dot files so you can see it and delete it.
