Bug Photos Delete?

1)
- I open a photo gallery
- photos
- more
- remove all photos
- select Delete these photos completely from the system
= nothing is deleted
2)
if I click on the small basket of the sub galleries the photos are queued and deleted.

I understand, 1 is for photos inside the main gallery while 2 is for sub-galleries. Not having photos in the main gallery I could not see
