Price Discounts On Multiples

I'm setup for 1 photo $29.95, 2+ photos $27.95
It's been working well except that every once in awhile, someone can buy a single photo and they are charged the 27.95 rate for multiple photos. 
Could this be a cookie issue - not updating the cart prices?  Maybe if they have 2 images in the cart and remove one at the last moment?   That's my only guess at the moment...

Even if they remove one it will still go back to the original price. No clue unless you have your discounted price started with 1 quantity instead of 2 or more. 

• 1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
• 2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
• 3)The order number of one that has done that.

HI Tim, will do that as soon as I can - I'm out in the middle of the Rally most of this week.  My helper reports that she can't duplicate the issue and all current orders are correct...  hmmm?
Next week I will have more time to check into what she is saying and will provide an actual sale # to look at.
