My customer has ordered what they want but in the wrong Pre-Order gallery - can I change it for them in the back end so I can file the sale correctly and my stats reflect the sale correctly?

You can click that edit link in your screenshot to edit it, but there is not an option to change the gallery.

I saw the edit to change product but not gallery - I was hoping I could change gallery but will have to track it manually and just be super careful during the production process not to lose the order.
