Won't Accept Payment On Edit Payment - On Invoice

The Edit Payment is how I normally go apply studio credits, and it's not working. It's not changing the amount of the invoice. Please help!

and I have clicked "completed" and Pending and nothing changes. its still showing the full amount. I have also typed in -1489.30 and nothing.

You have to click Edit Order to add a credit to the order. There is a "credit" fields there.
You are adding a payment there and doing it that way won't let them pay it.
