Find My Photos Help

Hi, I'm not sure if you can help or not. Sunday I quit getting emails, and I can no longer log in to my site from my phone. Bluehost is working on it.

In the meantime, I have customers who want to see their pictures. If I do find my photos on any device other than my main computer's normal page, I get this error:

Is this happening because of Bluehost? Any idea how to bypass this?

Acts like you are out of space, or over file count limit, on your hosting.

Should I be deleting something when we do site updates? Since we're on version 4.5 now, should version 1, 2, 3, etc be deleted?  

Older versions are not kept so that does not need to be deleted.
