Venmo Option
Is the Venmo option only available when customers use a PC? It does not appear when they use their phone.
According to the PayPal documentation, the customer must have Venmo installed on their phone and US-based merchants and US-based consumers only.

Thats weird, I have venmo on my phone and it still doesnt appear when I do a test purchase. Perhaps it's because using venmo generates a QR code for the app and makes no sense to generate a QR code on the phone when you can't use the camera to view the code from the same phone.
I don't know, you will have to ask PayPal. But I'm still waiting on support from them for over 3 weeks now with no answer.
