How exactly are they not able to download? Download dialog blank? Zip file empty?

I logged in as a customer and tried it myself.

When I click on the button to download all photos in a zip file the site just keeps loading (see the screenshot).

Downloading them one by one is no problem.

You can email me the following for me to look into it:

1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).

2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

Hi Tim,

I was just busy with the current issue and found another issue that relates as well to files and file handling. When I drop a folder with JPGs into sy-upload and then try to "Upload Photos" the same issue appears. The website tries to start the upload but gets stuck on that process. I don't know if it is related to that but I thought I better mention it.

As we are running the website on Windows Server instead of Linux/Unix which we were using before it might be that some PHP extensions are not enabled or installed that are needed for Sytist to function correctly.

Would it help if I provide the php.ini?

Best regards, Andre

Same issue here with ZIP files hanging. Any known issue? I will send an email.

No known issues. Will be server related.

Like above, You can email me the following for me to look into it:

1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).

2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).
