Order Confirmed But Not Paid

today a customer called me saying that she received the photos but never made the payment, that the site did not offer her the payment page and the order was completed earlier, she received the confirmation email and also I. I checked this order and no "Payment Type" appears. I then checked the last orders and I found another equal.
I checked stripe, paypal, the transfers, and neither the payment nor an attempted payment with error appears anywhere, simply the order was generated and concluded before paying.

opposite case.
about 10 days ago, I received a paypal payment but there was no order.
I have associated the amount and the name with an incomplete cart. I called the customer (she was previously registered) and she confirmed that she had placed the order, she paid for it but she did not receive the confirmation email and neither did I.

Never heard of that happening and I have no idea why.
The paypal not creating an order I can understand because there could be a network issue.
