Paypal Pay In 3 Uk Based
I have the option to offer Pay in 3 on in Stylist but it does not show, i am eligible for it as PP has informed me, I see a code to paste into the Header, this is on my PP account
obviously, i don't want to paste anything into Sytist
am i missing something?
It's Pay Later and it is built into the PayPal Checkout option. You don't need to add any code.

Hi Tim, mine is set to ON in as explained in payment set up but does not show as an option on checkout
The pay later option shows automatically if the location is eligible & buyer is eligible. I don't think there is a requirement for the merchant.
You will have to contact paypal if you think it should be showing but it is already in the code and no code to add.

i'm not sure where you are in the world Mark, but you can google threads on here going back to 2019 - Australians and New Zealanders ( yes, we are eligible ) can't get it to work either. Other countries too perhaps, but they haven't stated where they are from in their replies, so I cant say.
I think it might only work within Sytist for those in the US perhaps?
I got excited when I saw this thread, thinking maybe the new update might have made a difference, but alas. If you contact Paypal, they will tell you it should work and to speak to your developer, so it's a bit of a loop.
I am UK, bit frustrating, not the end of the world I suppose, but would have helped with larger sales with Schools, etc
See under Eligibility on this page:

No problem as I said it would have been an option if PP let my customers see the option, I have read all the info from PP Tim, obviously nothing to do with your coding within Sytist etc, something at PP

Paypal tells me im eligible and everything should work - im at a loss to what is missing?
To my knowledge, no Aust/NZér has got this successfully working in Sytist - taken from the forums here, and on facebook.
Also cannot get paypal pay in 4 to work : Aussie based as well.
The explanation page and steps on sytist help page does not match how I view on my paypal page to set up so hence we are probably missing something in the process as it's not the same.
Any aussies like to share their steps to get it working ???
Released a new update this morning, 4.5.4, that adds a pay later tag to see if it forces the Pay Later option for users outside of the USA. It never not works for me so I don't know if it will make a difference or not.

Thanks Tim, I can confirm that it works in Australia now.
Hi Philippe .. did you actually test it?
The tag shows sure, but the transaction stalls.
Curious how you would know when you having updated your Sytist in a while?

Hi Tim
I'm in a whole group of Australian Sytist users and we share information.
This was a big one - you can see the threads in here going back to 2019, and Paypal tell us all we have to add code to have it work here, that is it different to the US, but you way otherwise so we are left in a loop :/
TBH, this was the update to tip me, ive been waiting and waiting to press update ( btw, im only down one year's update ) .. I always read with excitement all the update info, but it's never anything i've ever popped in the requests thread ( or that others have requested and I have backed )
I get you cant do everything and some things cant be done etc.. it's not a diss, but well, yeah, I guess we feel a little worn down on this issue, and when one of us updates and finds the nothing has really changed, sure they will share it.
Most of the others don't use this forum, but know I do, so I can be a bit of a messenger and report back.
I hope that helps!
Hi Mark, let us know how it goes for the UK .. still no luck in the colonies! ...
