Order Not Shown But Payment Taken

Hi Tim,

Updated to the new version yesterday and I don't seem to be getting orders showing on the system.  The payment has been taken via paypal checkout and can see that its came from the website.  The items remain in their cart.

Any suggestions?

When you log in there should be a "Recent error logs" area. Anything under there?

Hi Tim, i dont see anything from the log. it says no errors found but when i done a checkout myself i got an error from website side.

Have you been on PHP 8 for a while or did you just change it? Could be related. 

been working fine, i run the vps and not done any updates to it in a while. Dont update anything on it if nothing is broken.

Only update to 4.5.0 and that was my first sale since I updated yesterday afternoon.

Just sent you an email in reference to this.

Happened to me too the day after doing the latest update to 4.5. paypal payment arrived by mail but no order generated, the cart remained open.

Tim sent some files over and i replaced them in the folder and it then started to work again.

Just released an update that includes the fix for this.

To have Sytist check for an update again click Settings in the main menu then UNDERNEATH the left menu check for update link.

now I update to 4.5.1
