Upload Not Working Anymore After Server Change

Hello guys,
could someone lend me a helping hand and have a look at this?
I moved our website to a new server running IIS. The site is reachable etc no problem. But it seems I missed to configure something correctly as when I try to upload any photo I am getting an error message that I can't figure out how to solve.

That error means the GD library is not installed. You will need to have it installed as it is used to process the images.
