Free Downloads Not Working

I have a dance studio that I did both their picture day and their recital.  I have the primary gallery setup with a default password for all the parents to access the images.  Then have my 2023 pricing added to the primary page. Within that I have sub galleries - one for Picture Day with the 2023 Price list attached.  I have another sub gallery for Recital and Rehearsal images. This has the recital price list set on the sub galleries.  I offer as an option within that pricing list a "buy all-inclusive " access to all the galleries within the recital sub gallery.   I then manually add their account to the free downloads option within the subgallery.  

Apparently since the upgrade to 4.4.3 people that are logged in that are supposed to have free downloads aren't getting the download icon.  I tried to login with my test account after adding myself to the free downloads for the gallery and sub galleries and I don't seem to have free downloads either.

Can you assist?

There is not a way to manually add free downloads to just a sub gallery. You would have to add a price list to the sub gallery that includes a free download. And it works.

And in reference to your post in the feature request thread, you just have to click the Stats & Sales tab for the gallery then click the link to view orders from that gallery and export the orders there.
