Non-existant Checkbox Multiplying ..

Not sure what is going on but all of a sudden a lot ( but not all ? ) my orders are coming in with a non-existant checkbox and it's multiplying as time goes on O_O .. at first it was just a few duplicates and I thought "weird, must check that but now lots of orders have a mass of "+ group photo" additions, some from galleries and/or pricelists that do not even carry this option.  Even if this WAS an option, you can only click a radio button once.
Nothing is changed in how ive been running my business with Sytist since 2019?

I'm having to comb these orders to see if they actually added/ordered/paid for one, but in the case of this registration gallery, it's not even an option to tick - not for the pricelist, not for the gallery, not for the collection, and not for any individual item.  In some cases it was just easier for me to give everyone a group photo rather than wade through.

Ive placed dummy orders myself and definitely not been asked to tick anything or add anything and my orders are normal. 

Also, the other day a lady contacted me as she had every open shopping cart in her orders, for different events, different children, amounting to $1650, with her order down the bottom a mere $150.  I went in the backend and manually removed them all so she could pay - just really odd?
