Uploader Issue -

Any idea why the " Replace photos with same file name" does not replace the photos with the same file names? lol...

I uploaded photos, ended up not liking some and made changes, so I simply edited them (did not change filenames), exported, uploaded, made sure to check "replace", and it simply just added them to the batch.

Had to simply just remove the older ones, but curious why it didn't work.

did you try another browser to see if it had changed? You may just be viewing a cached page. Did you try downloading the edited pic?

I have not tried a different browser. Use Chrome. I cleared cache with same result. And yes, viewed/download both pics, and both were different.

One method I forget to add, I was using the FTP Uploader via Lightroom, instead of the standard upload method, maybe that's why?

Yeah using lightroom is plausible. Try one with the sytist uploader.

That was the issue! Go figure. Doh

Tim, any idea of a fix for that? I find it so much easier to upload directly from lightroom, than to export, wait, upload, wait, done < Lightroom, Upload, wait, done.
