I discovered I could upload .png files to the galleries which I thought was great as they look better online than JPEG, but then discovered some people are unable to download them whether free in a gallery or ordered. The files they downloaded were renamed .png.jpeg. It doesn't seem to be everyone though, as I can download at png in the same way a customer would, as can a couple of others that have tried, but others can't, even when its the same image from the same gallery?
