Dropdown Sort Order - How To Switch Ascending/descending

Hi there I have some products with a substantive amount of dropdown options for a preorder gallery. After setting up the 1 option I copied the dropdown to the rest of the products using the duplicate function. However I see that they're in reverse alphabetical order and some also break up and "restart" in odd ways. 

What is the best way to address this? From what I see there's no way to rearrange the order of options. But reentering 75 dropdown options for each product is not exactly enticing either ..  

Done for the next update addresses the order they are duplicated in. 

The only thing you can do now is to delete the options that were duplicated and I can email you a file to upload so when you duplicate it again it will stay in the same order.
