ok, I give up, must have missed this posted somewhere...

What's the animated stripe at the top of a browser page, muli colors, when a page hangs?

assuming that's there as a 'pinwheel' to show a page loading, as clicking on calendar summons it for a split second, then I have another issue, I have one admin, myself, and I'm logged in as such, and I cannot add an administrator nor edit my account... the 'pinwheel' color strip just goes and goes and goes...

Things to check, You have room on your hosting account, PHP is set to corresponding version of sytist. Try a different browser

Look at the bottom of your admin pages and it will show the PHP version. If it is PHP 5, that is the problem and you would need the PHP updated to 7.4 or 8.1.
