Payment Being Made But No Order

This has happened twice - once on April 13th and again this morning. My clients are able to submit payment but the order doesn't come through. It doesn't show up on the backend of my site and I don't get an email confirmation. The one in April was a mini session/booking calendar booking and the one today was an order from a gallery.

PayPal Checkout

I've had other orders go through fine. The one from last month wasn't delayed, it never showed up.

If the orders were just for downloads, go to Settings -> Account Requirements and make sure "Download Only Orders" is checked for First name and Last name.

If that isn't it., Got to this page and login:

Be sure it is set to Live and NOT sandbox mode.

See if there is anything under "Recent error logs". If so, click the debug ID and copy and paste back to me in an email so I can look it over.

I logged into PayPal Developer and it was in Sandbox mode, so I switched it to live. There are no errors in the error log.

It does have a banner at the top saying: "We’re hard at work on a few things. If a page isn’t loading, try refreshing." Maybe that was the issue?

Maybe, but I wouldn't think so. If it happens again let me know and maybe we can find something in common.
