Reports Not Printing/showing Options

I Have booking pages that have options. If I go to reports and select those booking orders - even tho I have options selected - they do not show on that report. If I do that report from Calendar - they do?? Is this something in settings or am I asking something it wont do on the "order" screen

The reports section won't show the options. Do it from the calendar or event from the admin.
