Price Lists Not Populating Correctly

I have 3 different price lists and they are assigned to different galleries/sub galleries.  I just checked into it and it appears that all of my galleries are using my default price list.  Also, I have an instant download option and that is not showing up at all on the list when viewing my website but it is in the admin site under price lists. I'm not sure what is going on with this and need some assistance asap.

It sounds like you are logged into a customer account that has a price list assigned to it.

If you are logged into a customer account view that account in the admin & click the Galleries tab and check that option there.

I did figure out why the pricing was not different.  I had a sale going and it expired. This solves issue number one. But the 2nd and more important issue is still there. One of my digital options is still missing. I am not logged into anything except for my admin account.  I even had a friend who's never bought a photo from me and does not have an account check it out, and that item is still missing from the price list.  I have tried deleting the original "instant download" option and re-adding it and it does not work. I've attached screenshots of my admin page and my website gallery. 

If the image uploaded is smaller than the dimensions of that product it won't show the product. Pretty sure this is the case.

If you upload a photo 800 pixels on the longest side and the product is set to 1500 pixels it won't show the product.
