Shipping Options For Different Customers / Galleries

Hi everyone, I am currently still using Sytist version 3.6.1. I could swear that there was a way to assign each gallery its own shipping method or group. Can anyone tell me how to do this or am I wrong about assigning different shipping methods to different galleries?

Or is this an option in one of the latest updates.

You can assign different shipping groups in the "Text and Settings" Tab menù that appears on the right of the page.
You can't do that with sub galleries,but with them you can assign different price lists.

I am running a older version but I could swear it was there before. I even looked up previous questions and it should have been there...  Look at my screen shot and youll see that its not there..........Help
