Proselect Order Data Import

Hello,
I am using ProSelect for in person sales appointments in studio. Is there a way that I can import the order data that I export from ProSelect into Stylist?
I have the option of exporting as: CSV, Standard XML, and Standard XML Web ready.
I am hoping the answer is yes. Right now I am manually typing the data in and creating an invoice there.
