Coupon Usage Details
Is there any way to see exactly who used a specific coupon or even when? I simply see that it was used but no further details.
I do see where it says on an order the code they used, but it is not searchable by the code. I would need to open each order and search for it. Not really possible.
On the coupon used page, there no other details about it''s actual usage, just used.
I give a certain venue a coupon for every competitor because they are paying me a set amount per person from the entrance fee.
But I think someone may have taken another person's code and used it but I cannot tell who or when because I have a customer that says they entered their code but nothing came off the total.
If this is not available, can it be added? I will put it in the "suggestion" thread if is not already.
Thank you.
Just thought of this try using the order export and add the coupon in the extra fields. That will show you the coupon name used.
Thanks for the suggestion.
In the past I was not able to add items for export, but it worked this time. Maybe one of the updates?
But it has shown a potential issue. It shows the coupon input used by the customer in the export, but the amount is not being deducted from their total.
I verified that via their Square receipt.
And now it has happened to two customers. I have many outstanding coupons and need to get this fixed as soon as possible.
Any other ideas to check or Tim?
Yep this will be a Tim deal now, i have never had a problem with coupons not applying then again i do not use square. And seeing all the problems with square i will not be using it. but just the total owed is sent to any payment platform. So it could be a problem with your coupon set up. Or something else.
I have had no issues with the coupons until after this latest round of upgrades, that I know of.
This particular batch has been working since the first of the year and suddenly not.
Thanks for help Vance. Your knowledge is great to have here.
