Echeck Order Not Showing What Order Is
I had a customer do an echeck, order came through after 6 days of processing but it only shows amount, not what they ordered, no images
That is the problem with PayPal eChecks because they take so long to clear. It would be good to disable the option to accept echecks in your PayPal account.
You can try to find that customer's cart in Stats -> Shopping Carts. View that cart and you can create the order from there.

ok I went to Stats and the cart and I cant find anything for the customer even if I go back a few days. I will trying and figure out how to disable e-check on paypal.
It will be at least a week ago.
Here is how to disable echecks.
To select your payment receiving preferences, login to your PayPal account, click on the "Profile" tab, select the "My selling tools" link and click on the "Getting paid and managing my risk - Block payments" update link... select the payment receiving preferences you wish to implement and click on the "Save" button.
