Not Able To Upload Into Galleys Or Access The Calendar
I am not able to upload images suddenly, i also can access the calendar or forms etc.
I have spoken with my host who say it is an error on the platform end.
I havent changed anything!
help please!!
Most likely they change the PHP version to 8 and you are on an older version of Sytist. Have you applied the new update you got?

I am not able to apply the update i have purchased.
When i click the refresh link as instructed i am sent to a 403 error page.
Just like I wrote in the reply to your email about this yesterday, that is mod security ON THE SERVER causing the error.
Your host is blaming the software WHICH HAS NOT CHANGED ON YOUR SITE.
It is 100% a hosting issue with mod security or something similar. Your HOST needs to fix it.
You would need to contact your hosting company support and let them know you are triggering it and they can whitelist the rule you are triggering.

Thank you, i have passed this on to them again.
As you can imagine not having a functioning gallery system has put my business on hold and I'm struggling with being brushed off.
I hope to get back to work quickly.
I have followed google instructions to fix the 403 error and am now trying to install the update but it is stuck in stage 2 unziping and i cant get it to go any further!
When using the auto-update from the admin and it seems to hang when trying to unzip, then the ZIP functions are not enabled in the PHP (programming language) configuration on your hosting.

thank you Tim, i found where to do this and have installed the update.
Unfortunetly however i fixed the 403 error issue yesterday seems to have only been temporary and everything stopped working today :(
I am at a loss and my host continues to tell me they cant do anything.
It looks like i have completly lost me website.
Everything I have told you had been true and again, this is 100% a hosting issue. You need to ask for higher up tech support or move to a new host.

i absolutly appreciate all your assistance, i am trying to get this sorted on my own with no experience.
any chance you can tell me what would cause this new error?
ERR_HTTP2_SERVER_REFUSED_STREAM
I am able to access the website from my mobile data but not wifi
I don't know anything about that. Seems to be an issue possibly between your ISP and host. But that is beyond my area of knowledge.
