One Specific Default Email Rarely Getting To Client

One of the emails I created used to get through to clients but now it is rarely seen. Other emails I'm sending I can see that the client has seen them by the eyeball icon in the client email log but this on is rarely looked at. It seems to get worse at time goes on. I have now started sending this email through my sytist software and again through my regular email server.

Also the replace code for first name won't work so I removed it.

I've attached a screenshot.

I checked delivery reports and they all show as delivered. I suspect they are getting through but just not recording the view for some reason. Send me one of those like you do to my email address below in my signature so I can check it.

Thanks Tim

I'll create you an account and send this email out. I'm also going to make you a gallery in case the link to the gallery is creating the problem. This is the only email that I rarely get the eyeball icon. The email we send to the client right before this email is the invoice (set as "pending" - it's the gallery access amount and gets paid when they pay for gallery access)

I'll do all the steps I do for a client...maybe too you might have some suggestion on how to improve our workflow. Many of our clients need itemized invoices so we have to make an invoice, set it to pending, send out the paid access gallery for the amount of the invoice, watch for the gallery access to be paid and then go mark that invoice as paid once we notice.

Okay...I did that...one thing that didn't work as it would for a normal client is that I made the invoice out for 0.00. It seems when set to zero, I can't set the invoice status to "pending". We do this so they can't pay the invoice but instead pay for gallery access to pay the invoice which is set at the same amount. We need invoices and the client often need invoices too so we have to do it this way unless you have suggestions.

I received all the emails including the one you believe is not being received.

It is just not recording the view because the pixel image it uses wasn't getting the complete URL.

I have fixed that on your site and is also included in the upgrade coming out tomorrow. It will start recording if the email was view moving forward (as long as the receiver is not blocking images).

So the emails are getting through and now it will show if it is opened.
