Is there any feature that I missed where we can have an account checklist, or account reminders, or anything to help maintain someone's account. If not, I think that would be a great feature to be added.
Book new client. Set first item to get deposit, checked, next step is contract, third is.....and so on.
I keep notes now of everything. But it would be nice if the system could code it, log it, time stamp it, send a reminder if needed "Deposit is due in 5 days", "Deposit is now past due".
