Customer Manipulated The Shipping
I have just gone to ship a product order to a customer and discovered that they are in the US (I am in the UK). They left out the country on the order which then by passed the system and allowed it to go through, as I have unticked the US box in the settings. I had to cancel the order and refund as the shipping cost to me was more than the product and shipping cost combined! This is now a problem as she paid via PayPal so I have still been charged the fees. Is there a way to prevent this happing in future and require the customer to enter a country?
Settings -> Account Requirements -> and there you can require country.
