Locating / Exporting Orders From Galleries In Past Years

We have close to 50 prepay galleries for jobs labeled for 2022 and close to 60 labeled with 2023. Most of those 50 from 2022 have a 2023 gallery.

99.9% of our existing orders sorted in "Orders > Open Orders Not Assigned" are for galleries from 2023. We don't change the categories until we fulfill the orders later in the summer. 

The 0.1% of other orders we get are from 2022. Those from last calendar year are intended to be processed as soon as we get the order. Right now it's not very easy to sort thru our orders to find the needle in the haystack as most of our customers are focused on 2023. 

We have over 2700 orders in the "open orders not assigned" tab. I tried doing a bulk product export or sales report, but I'm getting an error for the URL being too long (I selected CSV as the output file). The CSV file would be helpful since we can sort by the gallery name and find what we need. My only other thinking is that we have to go into those 50 galleries from 2022 one at a time to see if someone placed an order. That's kind of a tedious way to do this though.

Is there an easier way or some method I am not considering that would help us be able to filter out what we need to locate? Unsure if there is also a way for galleries with orders to automatically be tagged with a specific Orders filter instantaneously. 

The only way to be able to that would be to view the Stats & Sales for each of those 2022 galleries then click to view the orders from there. You can do it from the menu icon when viewing the list of galleries in the admin.
