Add Orders From Admin

How can I add a order to a Gallery when the customer calls it in over the phone but I want it to show up in the gallery.

it will not show up in a gallery in any case, but you either have to create a invoice in the customer account (All manual input), or sign in under the customers account and go through the steps of ordering. Then have the customer sign in and complete payment or take payment over phone and then mark it paid.

Log in as the customer (view account in admin and select login in the actions menu) then make an order like a customer.

If the don't have an account you can create one for them or create your own customer account.
