Booking Emails Reminders Not Working

Automated emails do not seem to be working. My Cron job test works fine. Test emails work fine. What else am I missing? Customers are not receiving email reminders about their bookings. I have tested there bookings and I am not receiving anything either. I am vexed!

Do you see the emails sent in Stats -> Email Logs?
Does it show pending emails in Settings -> Automated Messages?
