Multiple Students, Athletes, Or Subject In A Single Order

Is there presently a workflow or method for a parent to place one order for multiple subjects? Maybe a method that includes sub-orders within an order or perhaps a method of payment for multiple orders?

The order system that we're considering migrating away from (HHImageHost) allows for this with a prepay|multiple subject method or a password protected proof|multiple password method.

I am interested in any workflows or work-arounds that are being used or considered.

My UK school photography company sells images to parents that have multiple children (in the same school gallery but spread over different passcodes) within the same order.  No work around required.

 Not sure about pre-pay as the UK doesn't have any pre-pay at all, but I assume so.  More info on pre-ordering here.

You can restrict it such that an order cannot be combined over different galleries.  This would be different schools in our case, but you can allow orders over multiple galleries I beleive.

I'd be interested to learn of your reasons for considering leaving H&H and what you find attractive about Sytist.

I use the Passcode Photos feature for school and sports. Each student/athlete will have a different passcode, which is part of the filename on their images. The parent can enter the passcode for child 1, add the images to the cart that they want, then enter the passcode for child 2, add to cart, and then proceed with checkout.
