Updated Php With Host, Now Getting Double Bookings

I host with ionos. They advised that my php version was going to be out of the support window and I needed to update. I updated to php 8.1 which was the recommended version. Since then I have had 3 people experience double triple or quad bookings because it appears to not respond to them. Is there anything known that I need to do or look at?

only the latest version of sytist is compatible with PHP 8.0 and higher. If you are not on the latest version of sytist either upgrade sytist or go to PHP7.4. If you upgrade sytist you must first be on PHP 7.4 or the corresponding PHP for your version of sytist.

yes, but how did you upgrade? Did you upgrade before changing PHP? Apple phones seem to be an inherent problem too. Check to see how they booked in visiter stats on admin page. When you click on the visitor it will 90% of the time tell you what kind of device. That's all the help i can give you, Tim usually replies by Monday.

What is not responding the payment? 

And if so, is it Square? 

And if so, did you update the Square location ID?

I am at PHP 8.1. I was at 7.x, and ionos reccomended that I upgrade to extend support. Customers are not seeing a response, and as a result are double or triple booking. Started immediately when upgrading PHP a couple of weeks ago.

I answered that. I did update that a long time ago. This issue started when updating to PHP 8.1

You did not answer what payment option you are using. So let's assume now it is Square.

Probably something to do with the PHP 8 installation on your hosting. What, I have no idea. No one else has reported an issue with Square and PHP 8 and I have no issues with it either.

You can email me the following so I can check the error log and your settings: 
  • 1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
  • 2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages).

Sorry. I missed adding that I did use Square, and PayPal. NO one has used PayPal since upgrading the PHP, only Square. I did the Square update a few months ago.  I'll send you the log in info shortly. Thanks.
