Tracking Orders Not Downloaded
Hi Tim, is there a way to track/export orders where customers have ordered downloads but not actually downloaded the product? I can see on the individual order where and when downloaded, but for following-up bulk of school orders, this isn't viable.
We send the download instructions as part of the order confirmation and in drop off/shipping emails, but there are still people who either don't remember or know what to do.
Ideally I'd like to send a targeted reminder email (not gallery specific, just overall orders placed) to remind them before I archive the orders, and also to keep track of how many people are actually having issues with this.
Is there a way of this being included as a field in the product export data perhaps??
An extended search option for orders would also be good (ie being able to enter more than one order number at a time, like Jeffrey Friedls plug in for LightRoom) but that's probably another feature request/post . . .
Currently the only way to tell if the photos have been downloaded is to look at each individual order. I have on my to-do list to make a notice to show if they have been downloaded or not from the order list.
