Removing Orders From Shopping Carts That Are Not Paid
Is there a way to remove pending unpaid orders from all customers for a gallery?
We offered personalized option until Jan 31 but noticed some customers still were able to finalize their order after the cutoff.
I assume you mean shopping carts. Stats -> Shopping Carts and you will see delete options.

Sorry, there is not. You can use the option at the top of the page to delete carts older than X days.

Filtering baskets by gallery would be very useful to me as well.
Our school galleries change from a full price list to a digital only price list at a certain point, but customers with baskets made before the deadline can still check out with products added before the change in price list.
Deleting just those baskets that belong to an 'expired' gallery is very difficult.
