Remove Email Queued To Be Sent By Cron

There used to be a screen to remove email that were queued to be sent during the day. I cannot find it anywhere now.
Is this feature still available?

Settings -> Automated Messages and it will show on the right of the screen how many emails are pending (if there are any). Click that and then you can individually delete or delete all.

Thank Tim. I guess I couldn't find it since there weren't any emails pending at the time.
