Sytist Running Super Slow On My Computer, But Not On Anyone Else's

I have been dealing with sytist running super slow on my computer at my office and on my home computer.  Everyone else in the office has no problem and the site is quick and efficient.  I literally have to wait constantly for a page to load.  We can not figure out what is going on.  We have checked firewalls and there isn't an issue there.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do to resolve it. 

It is definitely not a server issue.

Most likely you have deleted galleries and the delete queue is running in the admin. 

You can look in the upper right corner of the white part of the page on any page in the admin except for the admin homepage to see the the delete queue and the option to pause it.
