Favorites Duplicating When Adding To Collection

Good afternoon,
A client just brought this to my attention.
When selecting, "add all favorites to" in her case it was a Large Formal Album it added several of the favorites multiple times and excluded many of the favorites.
I was able to replicate this problem but can't figure out the source of it.

I've just done a test and unable to duplicate that.
You can email me the following for me to look into the setup:
- 1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
- 2) The admin username and password (or create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the upper right corner of the admin pages)
- 3) The name of the gallery and the name of the product they are getting added to.
