Emails To Multiple Admins

HI! I have a couple people that need to receive emails from Sytist and some of us arent getting them, and some are.  Wondering if I can accomplish this.  The attached screen shot is the email log, but only AW is receiving the emails. 


Is there a way to get emails to two people?   I tried doing the semi colon but that only works on the order notifications, I want the automated emails to be BCC'ed to another party.

I have the emails coming in for bookings and it only goes to one of us, which isn't helpful.  My work around has been to set up a rule to forward but that's been inconsistent and she gets bombarded with emails if a word is used in an email that I have earmarked for sytist forwards. 

I create a gallery name Admins and place it in pre-registeration mode and add all associates email to the gallery from the front side. Since this gallery is hidden from the public, no one can access it from the front. Whenever I need to email just my associates I go to that gallery and send the email. I do the same for my school contacts and directors.

I am looking more to get the emails about bookings, and gallery expirations.  - it seems only one person can get them

The only things that has the option to send to multiple email addresses are new order notifications and contact form results.
