Stock Photos And Client Galleries

I can uload files either via the stock photos upload or the client gallery upload, however if I upload via client galleries then I cannot seem to access this in the stock photo section but if I upload into photo stock then I can access them in the client files. Also if I had keywords or tags in the client gallery section they are not available in the stock photos section but if I create them in the stock photo then they are in the gallery section. These tags are not showing up in the category sections to select
