Gallery Extension

HI

We have gallery extension enabled for all clients, but what has come to light is one customer proceeded to extend their gallery but to pay in store/ credit to their account. No payment was made but the gallery was extended and the client able to view their photos for free.

Any suggestions pointers on how we overcome this would be appreciated.

It won't give them access to the gallery until you have added payment information to the order if they payed with an offline payment option. It will show the button on the order but won't actually be able to see the photos until you have applied payment.

If they paid with an account credit, then  they will have access to the gallery because the credit is a payment.
