Center Or Full Width Image Subgallery Of Page Photos

under standard pages section I have created pages that use the old page photo options. under that I have created sub galleries to display. Thes sub gallery show a menu of the sub galleries at the top of the page. However this list is left justified and does not spread across the entire screen.
Is it possible to centre or make full screen width the menus of the sub gallery list? Would like to at least center the list in the middle. It currently uses the onphoto list layout

You would have to change the layout to the thumbnail layout.
