Unpin Header Under 1024px Resolution Screen

I have my header pined to the top of the page on desktop view, but it is also pinned when I turn my mobile into landscape mode. I would like it to behave line the 800px screen and be unpinned and scroll up with page

It unpins at 800 pixels. No other option at this time and no work around because it is a javascript function.
